Area 83’s Pre-Conference Agenda Sharing (PCAS) Session
The 75th General Service Conference of A.A. is happening from April 27 to May 3, 2025, in New York! Delegates from 93 Areas across Canada and the U.S. will bring the voices of A.A. members to the table, discussing a wide range of Agenda Items that shape the future of our Fellowship.
To ensure that our Area 83 membership is fully represented, we’re hosting a Hybrid Pre-Conference Agenda Sharing Session on Saturdays March 29, 2025, alongside the Spring Assembly. This is your chance to share your thoughts, ask questions, and be part of the conversation.

Who Can Participate?
Everyone in Area 83! No service position is required—just a desire to be part of the process and ensure your voice is heard.
Get Informed!
- Background summaries on Agenda Items will be available by the end of February.
- These will be distributed through District Committee Members (DCMs) to General Service Representatives (GSRs) for group members. They will also be accessible on our website under the PCAS tab.
- Each District has been assigned a series of topics to help make sure our Delegate, Amy, receives input on as many Agenda Items as possible.
